Terms of Service & Privacy
These terms apply to classes booked with LIC Salsa Club. By booking a class you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & payment
Your spot in a class is confirmed once payment is received. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or Zelle where offered); we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and include everything — there are no additional fees.
Card payments are processed by Queens Plaza Studios LLC; charges may appear on your statement as Queens Plaza Studios / LIC SALSA.
Class & refund policy
Class bookings are non-refundable. If you can't make it, your booking is transferable to another class date — just let us know by email at least 24 hours before your scheduled class and we'll move you to a date that works.
Requests made within 24 hours of the class start time can't be transferred or refunded. If we cancel a class for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or a transfer to another date — your choice.
Class packs are valid for the period shown at purchase and are non-refundable, but individual credits can be rescheduled under the same 24-hour policy.
In the studio
Please arrive a few minutes early so class can start on time. No dance experience or partner is required. Be respectful of instructors, fellow students, and the space — we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
Privacy
When you book a class or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so we can manage your booking and get in touch about your class.
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics, cookies & advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools, to understand site usage, measure campaign performance, and improve our website and services. We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website traffic and evaluate our advertising, and we use Google Ads conversion tracking, which uses cookies including _gcl_aw and _gcl_au to measure whether visits from our ads result in bookings or purchases.
We also use our own first-party analytics to measure how our pages perform. This uses a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser to distinguish visits and sessions; we do not collect or store your IP address for this analytics.
We do not share your name or email with third parties except as needed to process payments through Stripe, operate the services you purchase, run analytics and advertising tools, or comply with legal obligations.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect certain site features.
